Cady’s approach

I see grief as a companion we meet in many forms—through the loss of pregnancies and loved ones, traumatic medical outcomes, lost hopes and dreams, and shifts in our sense of self. These moments can strip us to our core, yet they also hold the potential for healing and transformation.

In our work together, we will gently sort through the pieces of your soul and begin to put them back together into a new iteration of yourself. I draw from trauma-informed neuroscience, parts work, attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and feedback-based practices, always centring the work around your lived experience.

My approach is collaborative, paced to your readiness, and grounded in compassion. Together, we will create a space where all parts of you are welcome, where your grief is met without judgment, and where you can begin to live with greater clarity, connection, and resilience.

about Cady

I support clients through grief, loss, and major life transitions. I work with adults navigating the death of a loved one, infertility and miscarriage, relationship changes, medical diagnoses, and the identity shifts that often accompany new parenthood.

My own experiences with life-changing transitions have deepened my understanding of how disorienting and isolating these seasons can feel. A theme in my life has been learning to accept uncertainty and build trust in my relationships with myself and others—themes that often emerge in my work with clients.

I know how unsettling it can be when the outcome we hoped for doesn’t match reality, or when it feels like we’ve tried everything and nothing seems to help.

In our work together, I offer a grounded, compassionate presence to help you explore big emotions, make meaning from your experiences, and begin to piece together a renewed sense of self. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate your way forward and discover who you are becoming in this new chapter.
